We are looking for an experienced full-time Specialist planner for event technology to strengthen our team in the field of event technology and event security. In this key position, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of events.

 

Your tasks:

·       Technical planning for event technology

·       Preparation of floor plans and layout drawings

·       Preparation, evaluation, and execution of tenders

·       Oversee budgets, timelines and quality assurance

·       Communication with clients, service providers, and partners

·       Lead project teams

 

Your profile:

• Degree in the field of media/event technology or event management, alternatively master of event technology

·       Several years of experience in technical planning

·       Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit

·       Willingness to travel and flexibility

·       Proficiency in english
